I started in the wet waste industry in 1984 driving a 3000 gallon waste tanker emptying septic tanks cesspool and treatment plants for domestic and commercial off mains customers and back then to empty a 1000 gallon tank cost 25 pounds. There soon came a demand from our customers to carry out service and repairs to the tanks and treatment plants we were emptying and even replacing old sewage equipment with installing new.
This went on for many years with new vehicles getting not only more modern but also more expensive with rising costs in operation it did not make much sense to put so much effort into so little return.
The emptying is now out sourced by only trust worthy suppliers leaving me to concentrate on the installs the service and repairs.
In 2014 we learned from in what we were doing and it became very clear that we were destroying perfectly good brick built and fibreglass sewage tanks in order to install a package sewage treatment plant and with this in mind we looked across the market place to see if there was a way of saving the tanks we were destroying and settled on a what seemed a good idea in retro fitting a conversion unit inside a tank turning the tank into treatment less upheaval to a garden less install cost and very much less liability for us which seemed to work well to start with but it soon became clear that we were very much always dependant on others which if they didn’t hold you back they offer shoddy built materials and in most cases you find a lot of time chasing them for warranty that they never honour leaving us with a supplier service not in our control.
In 2016 we decided to take control of this problem and design build and manufacture our own conversion unit the Viper which not only has a better build quality and better test results than our competitors but also allows us to offer as the only manufacturer in the market place to give a five year warranty across our products range giving us back to control and not being reliant on others.
In the market place today, we supply and install our own units for the domestic market and only use equipment from a trustworthy supplier for the commercial market but also carrying out the daily tasks of service and repairs for our customers across the south of England.
