Grease Fat Treatments

This is a twin foul pump station serving a busy kitchen within a care home, for many months of taking over the contract of maintenance for this site we were forever calling in tanker jetters to clear the chamber of built up grease fats. Normally 2/3 foot thick with even entering the chamber ladder and spade we were given the order to rectify this situation in January 2024 and set the equipment going a return with the tanker jetter in may 2024 on a quarterly service visit gave us the result of the picture you see no build up tanker and jetter not needed and sent away good result in doing the right thing for our customer saving money at the same time.

As a new service and as a result of grease fat issues found in pump stations and Treatment plants mainly on commercial sites such a garden centres, public houses, restaurants and care homes where kitchen use has a very high demand.

The task given to us was to solve these issues along with high costs in emptying and jetting keeping many businesses operational. It soon became very clear that many companies offer this service and in trials with them often with supply of equipment that simply doesn't work or warranty they offer not honoured. With this in mind we searched the country for an alternative and by chance found the answer nearly on our doorstep with a very trustworthy supplier who i must add has gone the extra mile in helping us with our requirements and supplies. 

We are now confident in offering our customers a dozing system second to none along with installation and a maintenance programme keeping the equipment supplied in tip top condition.

We have now installed many of these dozing units in garden centres and care homes across the south with very good results giving our customers piece of mind and a long term solution in the task we were initially asked to carry out.

The dozing units can be installed on a 240v supply and also in battery from where no mains power is available
